Total US households’ net wealth is now over $70 trillion.   It means for each US individual that is a net wealth of over $200k.  Obviously there are wealth distribution issues but nevertheless…

Exxon Mobil has a long term forecast to 2040 projecting world GDP go up by 135% over that period, whilst energy consumption will go up by 35% and in the West energy consumption will not go up at all.  Now I take such projections with a grain of salt mostly, but even if it is half right, it means more wealth being created, but less of it needed to pay for energy consumption; very bullish for other sectors.

One cannot help but think we are shaping up for a large increase in both wealth and land value over the course of the next cycle upwards.  History repeating suggests this will peak around 2026, plus or minus one year.
